Made 1932
First owned by the Commonwealth Railways, this windmill was situated at McKinnon Dam to provide water for the railways at Kultanaby Railway siding (near Kingoonya) SA. In 1977 the windmill was purchased by Coondambo Station where it was in operation until 2003. The 'fan' was destroyed by high winds, rendering the windmill unprofitable for restoration. he windmill was restored by locals and added to the museum in 2016.
Only 15 35' windmills were made, and windmill '110' was one of only 2 installed outside Queensland.
The windmill is capable of drawing water from 500 feet (152 m) and pumping up to 250,000 gallons (over 1 million litres) in a day.
